Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By placing an order with Smile Line SA, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Smile Line SA General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between Smile Line SA, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, and any dental professional, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, wishing to make a purchase from the company’s website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). The parties agree that their relationship will be exclusively governed by this contract, to the exclusion of any other condition.

2. Products

The Seller offers for sale on the Site products intended for dental professionals, including dentists and dental doctors (hereinafter “the Products”). The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site. The Customer must consult them before placing an order.

3. Ordering

The Customer may place an order on the Site by following the online ordering process. Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail with the details of his/her order.

4. Prices

The prices of the Products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude Swiss VAT, which will be added at the time of invoicing in accordance with current legislation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery

The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are payable by the Customer and are specified when the order is placed. The Seller will endeavour to respect the delivery times indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond its control.

6. Payment

Payment for Products is made online at the time the order is placed, using the payment methods offered on the Site. The Customer guarantees the Vendor that he/she has the necessary authorisations to use the chosen method of payment.

7. Guarantee

The Products sold on the Site are guaranteed to comply with Swiss legal provisions. The Customer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

8. Liability

The Seller may not be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the Customer.

9. Data protection

The Seller collects and processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with its confidentiality policy, which is available on the Site.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Modification of the GTC

The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of the Customer’s order.

By accepting these GCS, the Customer acknowledges having read them and accepts them unreservedly.
